Omega-3 fish oil 1000 mg 60 softgel

Fish oil softgels contain concentrated, purified fish oil (1000 mg per capsule) from sustainably caught pelagic fish such as sardines, mackerel, anchovies and tuna. This oil is a source of essential omega-3 fatty acids : EPA and DHA, which contribute to the proper functioning of the brain, heart and vision.

Directions for use: It is recommended to take 2 capsules daily with water. They can be taken with or immediately after a meal.

Ingredients: Fish oil from pelagic fish, shell (beef gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water, natural lemon flavour), antioxidant: D-alpha tocopherol.

Warnings and storage: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The beneficial effect of EPA and DHA acids occurs with a daily intake of at least 250 mg.
